Welcome to eBidRadar. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the eBidRadar website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

eBidRadar aggregates publicly posted bid, RFP, RFQ, and solicitation information from New Jersey local governments, school districts, and public utilities & authorities. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No reselling, scraping, or redistribution of Service data without written permission.
  • No reverse engineering or interference with the Service.
  • No use of the Service to violate any third-party rights.

5. Content and Accuracy

eBidRadar surfaces information published by third-party government entities. While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of any listing. Always confirm details with the issuing agency before submitting a bid.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by eBidRadar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eBidRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
